These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grit Truly website at grittruly.com.

By accessing our website or using its features, you agree to these Terms. Advisory and consulting engagements are also governed by separate written service agreements.

Services

Grit Truly provides revenue advisory, Money Mapping, financial and operational analysis, revenue leakage audits, systems integration, workflow optimization, and revenue recovery support.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and fees for each engagement are established in an individual proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls that engagement.

Website Use and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting Grit Truly or submitting an inquiry.

You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activities, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or collect information through disruptive automated methods.

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not automatically establish a client relationship or obligate Grit Truly to provide services.

Fees and Payment

Consulting fees, payment schedules, deposits, performance-based compensation, and other financial arrangements are established in the applicable written service agreement.

Invoices are payable according to the terms agreed upon by both parties.

Any late-payment charges, cancellation fees, or additional expenses must be specified in the applicable agreement and comply with relevant laws.

Intellectual Property

Grit Truly retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, Money Mapping frameworks, analytical models, templates, tools, processes, and proprietary materials.

Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables are determined by the applicable service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients who have fulfilled their payment obligations may use final deliverables provided under their engagement for their internal business purposes. This does not transfer ownership of Grit Truly's underlying methodologies, reusable tools, or proprietary intellectual property.

Website content, branding, and materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Confidentiality and Client Information

Grit Truly recognizes that advisory engagements may require access to sensitive financial information, contracts, customer records, operational systems, and internal business processes.

Confidential information shared during an engagement will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement and any separate confidentiality or data protection agreements.

Both parties are responsible for protecting confidential information they receive and using it only for authorized purposes.

Financial Findings and Results

Revenue leakage assessments, financial analyses, recovery estimates, and recommendations are based on information available during the engagement.

Identified revenue opportunities may require additional verification and may not all be legally billable, collectible, or recoverable.

Grit Truly does not guarantee specific financial returns, recovery amounts, increases in profitability, or future business performance unless an express commitment is included in a signed service agreement.

Grit Truly provides operational and revenue advisory services and does not represent itself as providing independent financial statement audits, legal services, or licensed accounting services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to the information, personnel, systems, and documentation necessary for an agreed engagement.

Clients retain responsibility for authorizing financial transactions, approving operational changes, maintaining accurate business records, and making final management decisions.

Any access to client systems must be appropriately authorized and governed by the applicable service agreement.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party accounting systems, customer relationship management platforms, automation tools, analytics software, or other technology.

Use of these platforms may be subject to separate provider agreements, fees, privacy policies, and service limitations.

Grit Truly is not responsible for the independent actions, outages, or policies of third-party providers, except to the extent responsibility is established under an applicable agreement or required by law.

Termination

Termination rights, notice periods, refunds, outstanding fees, and final deliverable obligations are governed by each signed service agreement.

Termination does not automatically eliminate payment obligations already incurred or confidentiality and intellectual property obligations that continue under an applicable agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grit Truly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Any limitations of liability associated with paid advisory engagements will be established in the applicable written service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Grit Truly may update these Terms as its services, business practices, or legal obligations evolve.

Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Changes to website Terms do not automatically modify existing signed client agreements.
